Annual Banquet

Each year, Jeff and Elena, along with the EGO Booster Club, host an end of season Team Banquet where each gymnasts’ accomplishments are recognized with plaques, banners and a slide show of the season’s highlights.  During this formal event, gymnasts and their families also enjoy a night of former alumni guest speakers, 

great food & ice-cream sundae bar, fun photo booth and dancing with a live DJ.

During the banquet, in honor of two great men and former Orlando Metro Gymnastics coaches, Jeff awards one team family with the Landron/Lavelle Loyalty Fund Scholarship. This scholarship pays 

for 50% of their tuition for a full year.

Special recognition is also given to the seniors for their hard work and dedication. The Orlando Metro family gets to enjoy special videos highlighting the senior’s journey and celebrate along with them while Jeff presents each senior with their personalized Orlando Metro rings, quilts and their college banner to be hung in the gym. 

Each senior is also given a scrapbook created by their younger teammates 

along with a collage and cash card from the EGO Booster Club.  

Truly a night to  remember!
